Special Guest Post: 3 M's of Success by Jack Canfield

Much of my success and happiness can be attributed to knowing the importance of the 3 M's: mindset, meditation, and masterminding. This week, I want to share with you why you should incorporate these 3 practices into your daily life.
  • Changing your mindset and the way you think about your surroundings will open you up to new possibilities happening all around you.
  • Meditation will help clear your mind while at the same time helping you increase your self-confidence and expand your awareness.
  • Masterminding will help hold you accountable for your own personal growth and development, and bring you new techniques and resources from others to achieve your goals more quickly.
Scientists have long concluded that our belief about whether something is possible or not is a byproduct of our life experiences. Naturally, our brain learns what to expect and is molded to think a certain way. As a result, we often achieve exactly what we expect.
So, your thoughts ultimately decide whether or not you can achieve something.
This is why it's important to hold positive expectations in your mind so that your brain will take over the job of making sure things turn out exactly as you believe they will.
And with that, I'll leave you with this quote to get you thinking:
"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
— Napoleon Hill
To your mindset,
Jack

P.S. Rewire your brain for success...
A lot of our negative thoughts, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs are ingrained in us from early childhood. Most of the work I do in my workshops and programs to unlock your potential is breaking through those deeply rooted blocks influenced by your parents, friends, and mentors growing up.
My friends from Mind Movies specialize in modern mind science and have a unique way of helping you discover what childhood experiences are sabotaging your success as an adult. They've already helped thousands of people, including students of mine, rewire their brain for success, no matter what their past looks like.
